Fragrance Blends

Our journey in the fragrance industry started over eight decades back when our founder, C.V. Varadan, joined his family business that represented a leading European perfumery house in India. Later, he branched out his own and functioned as the marketing agent for many other European and Indian firms.

In 1976, our principal company, VV Deepa Aromatics Pvt Ltd was set up in collaboration with a Swiss firm to make international quality blends for export. We were the pioneers in the bulk export of perfumery blends to the erstwhile USSR and were recipients of several export promotion awards.

Alongside the exports, we started developing blends to cater to the requirements of the industrial clients in India. Blends for Agarbathis (incense sticks), Soaps and Cosmetics soon became a part of our repertoire. To this, we added a range of premium blends suitable for preparation of quality eau-de-toilette sprays; a range for use in a variety of wax candles; water based fragrances and many more.

All our fragrance products (see catalogue) use our own, in-house, blends.
